Programme Objectives

The objective of the PGDCA programme is to prepare graduate students for productive careers in Software Industry/entry level positions in Government Sectors by giving an insight into Computer Applications.



Any Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3-year duration from a recognized University.


Duration of The Programme

(Minimum – 1 Years, Maximum – 2 Years)
In case the student is unable to pass all the courses of the PGDCA within the given maximum duration of 2years, s/he can apply for extension of the duration by another one years by seeking e-admission on remitting the pro-rata fee of the left-over courses.


Fee of the Programme

Rs. 14000 per Semester. Examination Fee will be charged separately.


Medium of Instruction

The medium of instruction is only in English. The course material will also be in English. However, the Coordinator, Counsellor and
Instructors will use Hindi also to help the learners understand the subject well.

(a) Submission of Admission Forms By 29-02-2020
(b) Assignment Submission As per the scheduled date, mentioned on assignment question papers.
(c) Personal Contact Programme Schedule Tentatively 24-04-2020 to 02-05-2020
(d) Schedule of submission of examination forms Will be informed through Website
(e) Date Sheet for End Semester Examinations Tentatively third week of June’2020. Final schedule will be informed through website.
(f) Result Declaration The result is also made available on the Directorate website
(g) Reevaluation form submission of End Semester Examinations Within 30 days from the date of declaration of result on the Directorate website with requisite fee.
(h) Statement of Marks On successful completion of programme with all components i.e. Assignments, End Semeter examinations of Theory and Practical Courses and Project
