Yes. JECRC University, established and Incorporated as State Private University vide JECRC University Act (Act 15/2012 of Rajasthan State Legislature) and notification No. F.2(23) Vidhi/2/2012 gets approval from UGC.

The University is approved by the UGC u/s 2(f) of the UGC Act 1956, with the right to confer degree u/s 22(1) of the UGC Act. and Included in the UGC list of approved Universities vide UGC letter No 8-23/2012(CPP-I/PU) dated 8th Jan 2013.

The Directorate of Distance Education of JECRC University is approved by the UGC vide its letter no. F.No. 1-11/2019(DEB-I), dated 30-12-2019 for session 2019-2020 and letter no. F.No. 1-15/2020(DEB-I), dated 12th October,2020 for session 2020-2021.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) : Rs. 7000 per Semester

Bachelor of Business Administration : Rs. 10100 per Semester

Bachelor of Computer Applications : Rs. 10100 per Semester

Master of Computer Applications (MCA) : Rs. 13125 per Semester

Mater of Business Administration : Rs. 13125 per Semester

One Time Enrollment Fee : Rs. 500

Examination fee will be charged separately

There is no entrance test for admission in UG programs. However, for PG programs (MBA and MCA) there is a provision of entrance test for admission.

The university has two admission cycles in a year – January and July for the PG and UG programs.

Self Learning Material is provided to place more emphasis on the processes of learning. Learning Objectives, examples and illustrations, self assessment questions, summaries etc. are included by the author(s) while preparing SLM.

The purpose of PCPs is to answer queries of learners and clarify their doubts that may not be possible through any other means of communication. It also provides with an opportunity to meet fellow students. Normally, these sessions will be held at the University Headquarter on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and during vacation of programmes in Regular Mode. The Objective of these sessions is to resolve subject-based difficulties and any other related problems. Before attending the PCP for each course, please go through your printed Self Learning material as per the session schedule and make a plan of the points to be discussed.

The University follows the ‘Credit System’ for its programmes. Each credit is equivalent to 30 hours of student study comprising all learning activities (i.e. reading and comprehending the print learning material, listening to audio, watching video, attending counselling sessions, and writing assignment responses).

Yes. The maximum duration for completing any program is double the number of years of its normal duration.

Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. It is also not adjustable against any other programme of this University. However, in cases where University denies admission, the programme fee will be refunded after deduction of processing fee, if any, through bank transaction.

Recognizing and treating the Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates awarded through distance mode at par with the corresponding awards of Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates obtained through the formal system of education.
